At L’Offia, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take care to deliver products that meet our quality standards and your expectations. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for purchases made on www.loffia.com.
Receiving Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives in a damaged or tampered condition, please do not accept it.
Take a video and at least 2 clear photos of the package and email them to support@loffia.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@loffia.com within 36 hours of delivery.
Authorization: We will share a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Safe Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number on the return label. Ship it to the address provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and verifying your return.
Refunds are made only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credits only.
Refunds cannot be transferred to another payment method.
National Order Terms & Conditions
Returns must be requested within 36 hours of delivery. Requests after this window will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, return with the original seal, untempered, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns that are damaged, tampered, faded, or show signs of use.
A quality check will be conducted once the item reaches our warehouse. Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes inspection.
Refunds will reflect in your bank account within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends).
Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if products are received undamaged and in line with the order specifications.
COD refunds will be issued as store credits only.
Non-deliverable COD orders may be subject to deductions before refund.
Free gifts are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or shipped.
Orders cancelled after shipment will be refunded as store credit only, with shipping charges deducted.
Items purchased during special festival or promotional offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
We do not provide separate gift boxes for individual items.
